About Daniele

Sport and esports performance psychology, applied to real competitive contexts.

I am Daniele Stizza, a sport and esports performance psychologist based in Italy and working across competitive sport and esports environments.

I work with athletes, esports players, teams and staff to develop mental skills applied to performance. My approach combines sport psychology, mental skills training, emotional regulation and field-based work, with the goal of making mental preparation practical, usable and aligned with the demands of real competitive contexts.

My background includes sport psychology, cognitive neuroscience and applied psychophysiology, including biofeedback and neurofeedback training.
